WHMCS Blank Admin Panel Problem
Hello,
I have:
1) Reuploaded the admin directory files
2) edited the config (see below)
3) Verified CHMOD permissions (admin = 755, files =644)
4) Checked logs, nothing
I checked there WIKI and done what they suggested and the problem remains.
I have a ticket in with their support as well but 2 days for a ticket reply so far.
======================================
Config file
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
<?php
$license = 'WebHost-XXXXXXXXXXXXXX';
$db_host = 'localhost';
$db_username = 'tss_whmcs';
$db_password = 'xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx';
$db_name = 'tss_secure';
$cc_encryption_hash = 'REMOVED';
$templates_compiledir = 'templates_c/';
$mysql_charset = 'utf8';
$customadminpath = "admin";
$display_errors = true;
?>
======================================
Any help would be great!
Thanks,| Conor C. - Server Latch

Can you access the WHMCS admin log in page, or is it once you're logged in that the problem occurs?

Firstly check if the templates_c has file perms 777. I know you said you checked the admin folder perms but has any other folder not got a 755.
Did you move servers recently? Maybe some PHP Function is missing.
Have you upgraded recently? Maybe you uploaded the wrong files for the upgrade?
If your using the default WHMCS admin area, you can remove this:
$customadminpath = "admin";
What about this section on their page?
The admin login page does not involve templates, so seeing a blank page here suggests a problem with the Ioncube configuration on your server. You can download the Ioncube Loader Wizard from http://www.ioncube.com/loaders.php and upload to your whmcs directory, then visit it in your browser. Your server admin/hosting provider will need to resolve any errors it identifies.

If you're running suphp, it might be that your permissions on one (or more) of the files are too open.
Have you contacted your host to have them check the server logs? Most likely, this will help out faster than you'll get help from WHMCS, unfortunatly. Make sure to have your ip available for faster help from your host . Let them know what's going on, that you'll need them to check the server logs (globally) since nothing's showing up in the site logs.Tom Whiting, WHMCS Guru extraordinaire

Hello Guys,
WHMCS replied:
I've taken the liberty to reupload a fresh set of files to /includes dir and your admin area is now available at as expected.
^ May come in handy for someone in the future Thanks!| Conor C. - Server Latch

huh, you shouldn't have to do that. Obviously something got horked, probably in patching somewhere.
good to see you got it fixed thoughTom Whiting, WHMCS Guru extraordinaire
