I recently got scammed trying to go with Stagnom (Details) which left me in search for another provider. That's when I came across MyDedis.com.
MyDedis.com has been absolutely phenomenal the past few days I have been dealing with them. I ordered a server from them few days ago. Unfortunately, they were out of stock and notified and refunded me promptly. At that point I thought I had to find another provider and started to search again. The next day however, I got a notification from them that they had the server in stock again. Mikko, the guy I was corresponding with via e-mail, went as far as making sure the server was not listed publicly (so no one else would order it) until I was ready to order. He then took me step by step setting me up as a manager on the OVH NIC. That was a huge difference between the previous OVH resellers I have used. Now I don't have to send in a support ticket and wait hours just so they would restart the server. Once I had access to the OVH NIC, I had my server within 20 minutes.
The server is quite solid. I had no problems with it since I got it. I have only had this server for a few hours now so I cannot comment much on the network and the server itself. However, it has been great so far with excellent connectivity to the internet. Since they are an OVH reseller, I am pretty sure the performance of their network would be comparable to any other OVH reseller. The difference however is their support.
I haven't submitted any support tickets yet as I have been dealing primarily through e-mail. Response times for e-mails are very fast. Initial response may take some time (usually less than 30 minutes), but after that initial e-mail, they're really quick to respond. It's almost like having a conversation. I have only corresponded with Mikko so far and he is very accommodating and treats his customers like VIPs. He went out of his way to help me with the server and I am pretty sure that's how he treats every single one of his customers.
Overall, MyDedis.com and Mikko exceeded my expectations. They provide excellent service and I plan to stay with them quite some time. Again, this is a preliminary review since I only had the server for a few hours. I will update this review later if necessary. If there are no updates, then it means I had no issues with them.
