Can anyone recommend me a place that sells good quality dedicated servers that has SolusVM installed so i can setup VPS's with WHM/cPanel on them (they must also provide cpanel VPS Licenses at a charge of course). Also they must have Ready Made Templates so a noob can find it really use to create a new VPS with just a click of a button.
When anyone asks for a budget they usually mean monthly budget. Otherwise you'd specify whether it is annual budget for "lifetime" It is important whether you need RAID10 protection or you are fine with RAID 1. The virtualization you need to use is also important. If it is OpenVZ, you'd be able to "distribute" resources between instances. Xen or KVM is much better, but you'd need more powerful physical server. Whatever you choose, you'd need a budget of $150 - $200 per month. SOme folks may say you'd be fine with low-end, under $100/month server, but this is not serious.

I did not see this being brought up yet so I would recommend to check the Offers section in this forum. Sift through some offers and contact the facilities that catch your eye. Do your research on them and go from there. There are too many providers to list. You are looking at around $330/mo per server. If you only need 5 VPS per machine, then you won't need to spend money on IPs, which is good. Just take into consideration cost of all the control panels. That will add up as a Cpanel VPS license goes for around $10/mo or so. That's $50/mo right there per server.
