    hetzner robot login details, cant pay invoice

    Hello,

    7 days ago i recived my first invoice from hetzner, to pay this invoice i have to login to robot page but i dont have login details, i made some research and i should get email with that login details but i never get it. I tried contact hetzner support by email for about week, still no answer. I am scared 2 days ago i get email with 2 days deadline, after that they ll block my server. I dont know what to do now weekend is coming so support will be not available.

    Please help me!

    You can't get logged into robot but you have access to and have setup the server which you can only do via robot?

    They sent me server info via email. Server ip, and root password.

    go to https://robot.your-server.de/ and reset your password

    Are you sure you didn't get any email with subject "Your robot access details"?
    Did you check the spam folder already?

    Hi @grzgrzgrz3, as gingir recommended, please check your spam folder, as sometimes the email with the login details ends up in there.

    If it's not in there you can PM me your IP address and I'll make sure to send you new login details.

    Yes i did it few time and im sure i do not get it.

    Ah right. In that case you could simply post the number of your server (server ID) in this thread.

    You also mentioned something about sending us an email. If that was correctly sent to us you will have gotten an auto-reply, with a ticket number (in the subject line). You could give me that ticket number.

    Thank you for the ticket number. I found your account and sent out new login details for Robot. Please check your email account, including the spam folder.

    If you still don't get the email then please reply to the ticket and send us a different email address we can contact you on.
