    Need some suggestion...

Due to strict budget of my client.

They need their own dedicated server that will be virtualized into 2 VPS.

with cPanel and cloud linux for the first vps , secondary vps will be a remote backup for another server.

We will do a software Raid10 setup for this.

    3.1Ghz (2 Cores / 4 Threads)
    Memory: 8GB DDR3 RAM

Would this be fine for Shared hosting?

    The answer is "it depends"

Personally, I like to use at least 8g for shared hosting instances, so with 8G total, you would probably have only about 6-7G for the shared hosting, leaving 1-2G for the node and backup instance, which should be enough.

Just need to be aware of the disk IO usage when you are doing backups...
