    How do I test if this data centre's connectivity and bandwidth is good? any websites does this?

    You can ask the datacenter for a speed test file or an IP address that you can ping. Ping tools like this one are helpful for determining the kind of latency you can expect worldwide: http://cloudmonitor.ca.com/en/ping.php

    Speedtest.net offers a GUI based test platform where you can test servers around the globe. Ask the DC team to tell you what carriers they're getting bandwidth from and if they can provide specific trace routes for you.
