This thread is well over a year old, none-the-less, it is really sad to see a person / company make promises they cannot keep. I would think that once someone's reputation is on the line that they would actively seek to clear or maintain their good name but that surely does not seem to be the case here. I am sure bahawolf is making time to reply to other customers so why not all of them?

I apologize to both Adam & Anthony whom have replied to this thread. I've sent them both an email earlier today in an effort to try to fix things for them, as that is the least that I can do. There is no excuse for letting any project go to the wayside, but I tried my very best to keep control of things as long as I could.

During the time that these projects went south, I had a lot going on and lost control of the situation. In a mere 30 days, I was rear ended twice by other irresponsible drivers and suffered injuries that resulted in me falling behind in my daytime job. Even when I did finally catch up, the company was struggling and I was working 14-16 hour shifts (or longer) every day, including weekends, since December. I was trying my best to prioritize their work but failed to do so because I didn't have the time and resources to make it happen.

I'd like to make it right for the both of you, and will get this resolved if given the opportunity to do so. It's not about reputation management; it is about doing the right thing now that my schedule has started to normalize a bit more and I see myself having the capability to meet my own timelines.

I appreciate that are you actively trying to resolve the issues Brian and I am sorry for any addition to your personal issues, if any from my side. I will be replying in due course regards the situation. Just some advice I think publicly for anyone reading this thread, never try to paper over the cracks if there are issues. Just be straight with your customers, give regular reasons or even post a notice on your website. Just don't leave your customers in the dark!
