    Post GreenValueHost - Review/Issue

    Hi Everyone ,

    i would suggest you don't buy from GreenValueHost if you need VPS hosting on weekends i have been waiting since sat to get my server setup only to be told i need the sales department to approve it which is closed on the weekend. There site clearly states within 12 hours of order your vps will be setup and running this not the case on weekends. Support agents i guess can't process orders.

    That's not really unusual for sales to be closed over a weekend. If support was closed that would be a whole different story.

    This has been taken care of over ticket and this customer's VPS has been successfully activated.

    Customer was informed via ticket:

    We do not advertise a guaranteed time for services to be deployed and our sales department does not work 24x7. The reason for why services are no longer automatically provisioned is due to the massive fraud rate in the low-end hosting industry. We've had people bypass our automatic fraud detection systems and pay using stolen credit cards, stolen PayPal accounts, fake I.D's, etc. and we've decided that the luxury of automatic provisioning is no longer worth risking the acceptance of fraudulent customers.
