Post Share website link on Facebook - Blacklist Check

Hi , I am using shared hosting, and recently I found out that when i share any of my website link or when user click Facebook like or share button on my site, it show the following :

    Blacklist Check
Check to see if an IP address is blacklisted with one of nearly seventy DNS based blacklists (DNSBL) in our database which identify sources of spam.

I did use my own og tags.
I tested on 3 different computer , 2 different area ( 1 at my internship place and 1 at home - 2 different internet ) ,the issue narrow down to hosting.

Could it be the hosting ip address blacklisted? Anyone face this issue before? Anyway to solve this?

What is delicated ip? what the benefit of it? should i purchase it? will this solve the issue?

I would recommend you to use the blacklist tools to check if you or either your host IP address is blacklisted. In case a particular IP is blacklisted, ask your host to assign some other IP address.
