Dedicated Server Configuration
Hello All,
I am trying to configure a new dedicated server for my website to switch from the Shared Web Hosting.
I am currently using Wordpress.
Based on the site growth rate. Statistics Planned for one year
Visitors per day: 5000 (max)
Daily Page Views : 25,000 (max)
Database Query : 25 to 100 per page (Avg: 60)
Will the following configuration is enough to handle above?
SINGLE CPU DUAL CORE 2.13GHZ 1066FSB (2MB CACHE)
RAM : 2GB DDR2
250GB Hard Disk SATA
5000GB Data Transfer
Looking Forward,

@ Andrew X :
I have been using Burst Net for 4 years and never had any problem. Due to Financial issues, I cancelled my server.

Burst is already pretty cheap. What are you expecting to get? You may want to consider a VPS instead.

If you are moving from shared hosting, you should upgrade to a VPS instead of a dedicated server. Check Linode / DigitalOcean / VPS.net
