typical post from a chinese user. uninformed, no knowledge of why it is happening the way it is, and stubborn to listen to the real reason. only blame others and will not accept that the fault is chinaunicom and chinatelecom (and thus no real resolution is possible since CU and CT will not care)

chinaunicom and chinatelecom decide to route via europe, not tinet.
Maybe post a traceroute or something to bring some substance to your thread? Otherwise we don't really have much to go on for understanding why you hate tinet. Moreover, we don't know whether another carrier would really solve the problem you're experiencing, you could very well be faced with localized peering/congestion issues that aren't necessarily the fault of tinet.
