    Hello smsjaipur,

It is possible, however you would need the WHM hash for each sub-reseller account. If you have access to this information, you'd be all set for backup generation. The restore process would be handled by your new host (WHM provides restore functions for root level users only).

Thank you for your interest in WHMEasyBackup.

Where can I get WHM hash for sub resellers?
My new reseller have root access, so do I need to provide him the backup files?
This script will generate different backup files for different users or a single one?
My new host need that single file or seperate files for each sub reseller?
    Thanks

With root level access, you can restore full backups yourself. Since you have root level access on the new system, the easiest transfer method available is to use the root level migration tools available within WHM. You may need to reset the sub-reseller passwords to complete the migration.
