    What are the good VPS?

I need something that I can scale up. For example, I may need higher CPU, etc.

    What about Amazon web service?

    I need Cpanel though.

I think AWS is for CDN? Check the VPS offers section.

If you're looking at the higher end VPS market, I can personally recommend KnownHost or WiredTree. It's been some time since I have used WiredTree, and I've lately been hearing mixed reviews. WiredTree comes with cPanel, but KnownHost makes you buy a license (I think it is $5 and comes with management).

Are you looking for a managed VPS with cPanel or just a VPS with cPanel?

    What is your budget?

Anything good still depends on your requirements and budget. I'm sure any established host might consider as good, and will to offer good VPS.

AWS has EC2 which is cloud hosting. It's pretty reliable IMO if you have the budget for it. It's also relatively easy to upgrade / downgrade / etc.
But their bandwidth is everything but cheap.

But they do not have cPanel with it. If you were to go with Amazon, you would need your own license for it.

Any provider can upgrade VPS resource anytime.
What you need is a linux vps with cpanel.
You can try this link to request quote from hosting providers.

I don't think budget is an issue. Reliability is. Also splitability.

If I have 20 domains I want to have 20 VPS account. Each with varying power which I can adjust. Also I want an alert when one VPS start using too much CPU

How do you host site without cpanel anyway?

What's wrong without cPanel? I can just get virtual hosts configured and everything will be ready to go.

I think anyone offering a true IaaS solution can meet your needs. for your requirements, someone offering pooled resources might be a good fit (ie buy x amount of cpu, ram, etc) and then create as many VMs as you want with those resources - and of course, purchase additional resources as you need them and allocate them to the VMs you require

most such providers have some sort of management option in place where you can be notified of such things like cpu, ram, disk utilization (or you can setup your own monitoring for your own vms and notify yourself). Many IaaS providers will have autoscaling enabled as well, so that you can auto-scale your VMs

I think Steadfast offers this sort of solution - many others as well, but, they are the ones that come to mind

    hope this helps

I'll do wired tree. Is this the best?

Budget? $2k. That's what I lost due to server failure last month

WiredTree doesn't have live chat. I can't create ticket because I do not get my login info. I emailed them but the mail bounce due to spamcop block. I emailed with another email and got no reply till now.

I think I managed to email them once before. I wonder why.
