So, it's been a year since I've signed up with Incero. Only this time I can only report network/uptime, since I didn't use their support in the last 6 months (that's a good sign). I have 4 servers with Incero (1 DB, 2 WEB and 1 server for directX transcoding). I'm attaching 2 screenshots (one of my Web server and 1 DB server).

@ShyGuy82, glad to have had you with us for a year now. We appreciate your business and your review very much. In the time you've been with us a lot has changed, we've grown and ton on the # of servers etc and our dev team has grown from 0 to 4, so I'm really excited about what the next year holds for us.
