I have installed csf on a centOS 5.9 server which I had installed WHM/Cpanel on it before
but it shows me blank page and I can not modify it in whm
and I have lots of emails which says lfd is down.

Check the logs at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log for errors after trying to access CSF in WHM.

Perhaps try to update cPanel and then run the csf updater via cli.

    Code:
    perl -v
If perl is installed on your server, it will show you the version that is installed. If its not installed, it will show some error message.
