Show suspension reason on Account Suspended page in cPanel

    Hi.

Today one of resellers asked if it is possible to setup Account Suspended page in Skelleton to display suspension reason. Please let me know if there is a way to add such a variable in the reseller's skelleton.

    Thanks in advance.

Any visitor to that page will see that reason, including those that are not the account owner. Why would you want to do this?

This is a request from a reseller. He stated that have seen such a feature. There may be a way to only add this variable to his suspension page in his skeleton. Please let me know if you know any.

    Hi.

I ended up with this: WHM->Account Functions->Modify Account Suspended Page which allows you to modify the pagee's template howevery it doesn't have any usable tag for reason.

    Thanks.

An older thread, with the same recommendations and no tag/code to make that happen: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=614560

Why not just redirect to the support site for that reseller?

  7. Editing the /scripts/suspendacct script should help you achieve this.

But, as many mentioned, doing such an act can offend your reseller's customers and will be counter productive for your reseller.
