Any issues transferring a Python site?
A potential client of mine has a few large sites they'd like to move to my hosting business that I'm still in the process of setting up. These sites are in Python, and the client said that last time the sites were moved to a new host, they got broken (ie things weren't working well on the sites).
Anyone ever heard of this? Is this possible? Or did they maybe change domain names too, and someone forgot to change the links in the code?
Is it just copying and pasting the folders with the code in it and the database like with WordPress? Nothing should get broken then, right?
I do mainly web design, but I have been planning to host my clients' sites for some time now and have only used WHMCS until now but it's time to expand. Planning on using Blesta, but concerned about this Python issue!!
Thank you ahead of time!
