the affected service if we fail to respond in time

Description:
Swiftway makes the guarantee that the first respond to a ticket is always within 30 minutes.
The time is measured from the minute your ticket is received by our system and a ticket number is issued to you.

Ticket Update Frequency guaranteed within 2 hours Compensation 5% credit for the affected service if we fail to update you in time

Swiftway guarantees that the longest amount of time our clients will have to wait for an update on a open ticket while we are working on the ticket is 2 hours.
The time is measured from the last moment we responded to the ticket.

For those who needs an even stricter SLA, we have introduced the optional:

Extreme SLA
(optional upgrade, not standard included - ask for a quote).

Payment

- All above prices are in USD and excluding VAT
- We accept Paypal Mass Pay, Paypal standard and Bank wire transfers.
- Payment by bank wire transfer: 2% discount
- We invoice in advance, billing cycle starts at the delivery date of the server.

Individuals and companies outside the EU do not have to pay VAT.
European companies with a EU VAT ID do not have to pay VAT.

Abuse / DMCA

- DMCA/Copyright - we give clients 24 hours to remove the content or file a counter DMCA
- DMCA/ABUSE per month per customer account gets handled free of charge. DMCA/ABUSE over 20 per account per month are charged at an administrative fee of $2,- per VALID (so fake DMCA does not count) DMCA/ABUSE request that we need to process. The fee is charged to cover some of our true costs handling and investigating DMCA/ABUSE requests. You will always be notified if we get a valid DMCA/ABUSE request and if you file and win a counter DMCA, then the request is not counted as a valid request.
