It depends on whether or not you have the time to manage it yourself and whether or not you can dedicate yourself to it.
If you do not have the time nor dedication for it, you definitely need one. But this also depends on what kind of manager you're thinking about.

You haven't given no detail of your company, what type of company it is, how many clients you deal with, a business model?

There really isnt much information to go on but I would reccomend what was suggested above about having a self running business. If you create your business plan well enough you should be able to include ways for your business to need little input from your self using out sourcing etc.
Back to the question about hiring a manager. Basically, nobody can answer that for you. Is your business busy enough that you need and can afford additional staff? If you are just starting out and think you might need a manager, then should consider selling or simply closing the business.
