    Recommend me a CDN

    What I'm looking for:
    - load speed/performance

    What I require:
    1GB storage / 10GB bandwidth / SSL support

    I have my eyes on:
    - Rackspace Cloud Files ($1.3/m)
    - CloudLayer CDN ($2.25/m)

    I will consider:
    - Incapsula (security) ($19/m)
    - Cloudflare (speed) ($20/m)
    - MaxCDN (50/50) ($19/m)

    I am:

    - open to suggestion

    What I don't want:
    - LiquidWeb, CacheFly (no pay-as-you-go)
    - Akamai, Edgecast, Limelight... (can't afford)

$20 per month. I only need 1Gb/10GB that's why pay-as-you-go would be ideal.

Is there a particular reason you want origin storage included? Typically you'll find it easier and cheaper to host it on your web server and allow the CDN to cache your data as necessary.

Preferred for pre-load content, but not necessary.

CDN77 or CDN.net, or CDNify.com, all running on the OnApp CDN.

Else Speedyrails.com is offering EdgeCast CDN - we used to use it ourself, and still have our CDN account there - Works like charm.
So take a look at those guys.

ive had great experiences with maxCDN

maxCDN. EdgeCast CDN is more popular but since it's out of your budget, go with maxCDN.

I want to say that EdgeCast CDN is the best one.
But if you have no enough money for it, use than maxCDN, it's not bad as well.

For the sort of storage and bandwidth you are talking about, Amazon Cloudfront or Rackspace CDN will work out to be quite cheaper.

I will suggest MaxCDN, I had used cloud flare but max cdn give you more flexibility.

Locations of the servers seem an important element.

Not location of servers but the speed and throughput of the network, and the time it takes to send the files out of the servers, is what really matters.

Look at softlayer. I personally have no experience with their CDN's but their network is fantastic and they offer good support. http://www.softlayer.com/cloudlayer/cdn/

I have used maxcdn and it works for most of the situation
