    hudsonvalleyhost.com customer portal is down?

    My VPS is having problem, but I cannot reply my ticket right now.

    I using cpanel webmail to send e-mail but they did not received my e-mail and all the incoming e-mail I can receive in my VPS fully managed.

    Even using cpanel to do full backup of my web site also failed.

    backup-10.18.2013_20-48-00_thomas81.tar.gz (Fri Oct 18 20:48:00 2013) [failed, timeout]

    That seems nothing to do with WHMCS exploit.

    I guess you need to wait for them to reply from help desk.

    right now my website thomas81.com is also down.

    I send them support e-mail but no respone.

    After done a tracert, it is my CSF temp block my IP more than 200 connections, now I enable and put allow ip so my web site is accessible.

    We had taken our billing system down due to the recent WHMCS exploit. Its updated an back up now.
