Hi,

I'm working for a small business (5 people), and we need a website. Anyway, we've decided upon e-mail accounts for each user as well.

I haven't seen anywhere on any host's site that tells me whether they offer email quotas for each POP account. Is this common practice to have these features on hosts?

I've already got a host for a personal site of mine, however they do not have this feature. I'm going to go with somewhere else for my boss's site as it is more business-critical.

I am unsure of other control panels, but I know that hosts that use Cpanel offer you the ability to set quotas for individual email accounts.

Most control panels allow you to set it. It is not stated usually because it is considered really a minor feature I would reckon.

Go to Mail manager, Add/Remove Accounts and Click on Add Account. Here you can see you can set the quota.
