mean time i also got an answer on google which says

'host' refers to the host machine, also know as the the server.

You can have several different servers on the same machine that are doing different things, ex:

    webserver.mydomain.com
    mailserver.mydomain.com
    gameserver.mydomain.com
    ftpserver.mydommain.com

so if your telling host.mydomain.com, your actually telling to find all above servers in this machine.
any comments folks on above statement?

Again its the naming convention we follow, usually host.domainname.com refers to the hostname of a dedicated server you have. But from the DNS point of view, they all are mere A/CNAME records.

    oh oh oh oh oh..
just notice today 2 newly created accounts have backed up.
so when examin i found under WHM > Backup Config. > Files > Select users, new Backup is turned OFF for all existing users. Only new backup is enabled for Newly created accounts. i think now i should be able to solve the issue.
