So the cPanel account users are listed in /ac_backups, but they have no data inside them, correct?

Not sure whether this setting under Backup Configuration affect it? "Retain backups in the default backup directory."

Under "[v] Backup Accounts", have you clicked the "Select Files" to see if your accounts are chosen for backup?

    Hai folks,

strange strange, i posted a reply today morning but now i do not see that

    Problem actually was,

with our whm update, we have two type of backups in that
    1. Backup 2. legacy backup

now, legacy backup has turned off in the updated version.
but accounts are set to backup using legacy backups as i used to use legacy backup prior to the cpanel update.

i had to manually visit backup > backup configuration > select accounts > and i had to disable legacy backup for each account and enable new backup (each account have buttons for both options)

    now things works charm

Thank you guys for you valuable time !!!
