torrent hosting ?
i have a friend looking to host torrent files ? And i dont wanna allow any illega activity! so any suggestion ? he wont be a hosting a big torrent site

I'd just stay away from it all together. Don't even try to find hosts to suggest. That could be a dangerous thing to get involved in.

There aren't many hosts that will allow torrent hosting. Definitely none that I know of in the US. The ones the larger sites use are typically in Russia or Eastern Europe were piracy isn't regarded as that big of a deal. However, recently some hosts have been threatened by the FBI and many of their servers seized. The administrators of the sites have been arrested. Maybe your friend may want to think twice before getting involved in a business like that.

I don't want to say anything but yes. Russia, Eastern Europe hosting (Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia). Also don't forget Sealand
