cPanel 11.40.6 document root for sub- and addon domains

I updated the test server to 11.40.6 earlier today and noticed a possible bug. So I would just like to check if anybody else has experienced the same problem.

When adding a sub domain or add-on domain the document root seem to be set into public_html (public_html/subdomain) despite if you set the document root outside of public_html. (Ex. /home/username/subdomain/)

    Do anybody else experience this?
    Too different to be awesome.

Never mind. It seems a setting was somehow changed during the upgrade.
