Question Does cpanel mail sending limit include mail sent to/from locally hosted email accts?

I'm just curious about how the cpanel email sending limit works.

Let's say the customer has "" setup on the server, with a 100 email sending limit.

Since is locally hosted, any email send FROM an account TO another account is delivered locally and is never sent off the server. Does such mail count against their mail sending limit?

ie: [email protected] sends mail (using SMTP connection) to [email protected]. Does this email count against their cpanel mail sending limit?

Yes, that number would affect mail both delivered locally and mail that leaves the server.
