    [Hiring] Customer Service Representative (Phone/Chat) is an Internet-based company providing high quality web hosting, reseller hosting, and virtual servers. We are currently seeking a self-driven, motivated, and experienced individual to join our growing team of industry professionals and provide superior service to our customers.

    The duties of this position will include:
    • Providing pre-sales and post-sales support to customers via live chat software, phone, and ticket/email
    • Assisting customers with billing inquiries and providing billing related support via phone and ticket/email
    • Answering basic technical support questions via phone, and assisting customers with escalating advanced technical issues
    • Assist in monitoring customer service quality, responding to customer complaints, and escalating concerns to appropriate personnel
    • Other duties as assigned by management and supervisory staff

    A successful candidate must meet the following requirements:
    • Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with cPanel and WHM in a web-hosting business environment.
    • cPanel Base Certification in Sales and Technical preferred, will be required to pass before probationary period is over.
    • Must be at least 18 years of age.
    • Must be a U.S. Citizen or prove legal ability to work in the United States.
    • Must have excellent written and verbal English skills.
    • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
    • Must possess superior customer service skills and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
    • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends (40 hours per week).
    • Must have reliable, high speed Internet, and a backup plan in case of Internet failure.
    • Must have the ability to take phone calls via VoIP (headset, IP phone, etc)

    This position pays $9.00-$11.00 per hour depending on experience. There will be a 90 day probationary period. The position provides 40 hours per week on a flexible schedule (that we will assign) that may include evenings and weekends. This is a work-from-home position. You will be considered a 1099 contractor and will receive no benefits.
