I would say $80 to $150 from a budget provider, if you truly want a better network, it won't cost $0.50/mbit to operate. A better network, better support, etc will be more in the $150 to $300 mark. I'm including enterprise grade hardware and a data center with a history of redundancy that isn't known to fail.
