Stay away from 2host.com (SCAM)
I just wanted to share our experience with a company named 2host.com
My recommendation would be to stay far away from them.
Everything started a few months ago when we purchased hardware from them and co-located it in Evoswitch datacenter via them.
Everything went fine but their support went slow day by day.
After that we decided to move to another datacenter due to their slow support and requested our hardware from them.
The problem started here, they requested for certain documents, we were happy to provide them since it was for verification.
Once they received them, they started to ask for more documents. No problem, provided them with all the documents.
However, at end they started to refuse to provide the hardware even though the payments were cleared completely, we owned nothing to them!
After lot of emails back and forth, their response time to the ticket went from 1-2 days from 5-7 days (yes one week for a single response!). Their last response was made after 9 days.
Now, its the situation that they don't respond anymore and their WHMCS closed the ticket automatically due to no response.
We re-opened it before 2 days, still no response.
Their last response was on 04-10, about 12 days ago. The initial ticket to get the hardware was opened about a month ago.
So, my recommendation would be to stay far away from them! Don't get fooled by their offers.
I consider this as scam since they are not responding anymore and even not providing the hardware!
Thanks for reading!Last edited by Sahil_Y; 10-16-2013 at 10:43 PM.

Better request a refund and post the whole ticket history.

Did they refuse because of payment or because of the verification process? What was their reason for refusing at the end?
WHMCS doesn't close tickets automatically unless they are in answered status, at least by default as you can change which status that is done on. So, either they have it set to auto close on customer-reply, or someone manually closed it but you wouldn't get the "Auto close" email. What was the status before it closed?
Now, do you have proof that you own the hardware that you bought from them and had colo'd at Evoswitch? Proof as in invoices and payments, contract, etc. If so, contact Evoswitch with that info and request that your property be returned to you.-Steven | Cooini, LLC
