Ambiguous terms in Job Offers and Requests
Depending on your interpretation a job can be both an offer and a request, I see many posts that highlight this language problem.
I think it would be better to change them something clearer, such as the below (possibly shorter though)
"Job Applicants - Im looking for a job or project to work on"
"Job Offers - Im looking for someone to work on a project or in a role"
Note: Part of issue is you dont see the sub forum descriptions from the landing page.Last edited by MattF; 10-11-2013 at 12:47 AM.

In fact forget all that merging them makes more sense. Job Offers/Requests and then split them from there (if and only if traffic dictates) - Sysadmin / Design&GFx / Programming / Marketing
