Server question create VPS and connect to Internet line
Hello, I'm new in this forum, I bought a hosting on hetzner.de and I would like to divide it into 2 virtual partitions (VPS)
to manage these two VPS vdo to create I plan to use SolusVM.
what type of DNS configuration do I have to configure the VPS I'm going to create to the Internet?
Well the first step would be picking a virtualization type that you'd like to use (OpenVZ, Xen, KVM). You can then install SolusVM by following this guide:
Hello I have install SolusVM in my server whit OpenVZ, i have istall 2 centos in 2 partitition , c firs i have install centova cast, but how to connect it whit dns ?
I request oder dns to my provider ? Where is the configuration ??
You can run DNS server locally on the machines (single point of failure). Or just use some free or paid external DNS service like CloudFlare etc.
█ QH oster.com
- Web Hosting with
Linux/Windows RDP VPS 13 Locations : UK
US (5 states)
█ Italy , France , Germany , Netherlands , Switzerland , Rissia , | Singapore / OpenVPN Enabled PPTP
I would not use an internal dns of the company that I host the hosting.

You can access the VPS with its IP address directly, or else direct a domain name to it via A Records. The DNS records would be added at your domain registrar / DNS host, in that case.
