    Question Multiple subdomains, same code

    I have a issue where I have many customers who are buying the same "web product" from me. I host an online scheduler and customize each subdomains looks, but not code (ie,

    What I'm doing currently is setting up my htaccess file in their "puppet" directory like this:
    HTML Code:
    RewriteEngine on
    RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^www\.(.*) [NC]
    RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http:||%1/$1 [R=301,NC,L]
    RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^(.+)\.example\.com.*
    RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http:||$1 [,P]
    I had to convert to http:|| to allow my post, the actual code uses //

    So this takes requests to, sets a cookie named "school" to "customer2" (so I can apply my custom formatting), and uses a proxy to fetch pages from

    So, if they typed in, they would be getting, but would never see a change in their address bar.

    My issue is I just changed hosting providers from one who uses Apache, to one who uses LiteSpeed, and my RewriteRule don't look to be working anymore.

    Does anyone have a better way for me to achieve this? or know how I can make this work with LiteSpeed?

    Yes I have. They found an error log entry preventing the Proxy, they are looking into it now.

    BUT, does anyone else have any suggestions on a better way I could do this?
