As already suggested by some one I would recommend to check this with your host. Most hosts will help you to fix this or fix this for you. As they have better access to server logs its better let them look in to it for you.

You'll need to ask the Host why the error is appearing, it can be for various reasons, some you cannot fix by php.ini. My guess is that, its the mysql timeout thats causing it.

it can be your account use too much resource and hit their cloudlinux limit,or it can also because your host server overload.
