This time around, I wish to express my thanks to WiredTree and share to everyone my good experience with them.
My subscriptions with WiredTree started two years ago until I had to stop my subscription because my project ended and just earlier this year,I made another subscription because of another project.
So, my latest subscription with them started on 06/23/2013 and I had it ended today because my current project had outgrown my current arsenal of VPSs.
I'll start with the price. Their VPS cost me USD 50.00 including some add-ons. Compared to some other managed services, I don't see much savings with them - except that I am confident of their management service. I'll give them an 8/10 for their pricing.
Their service is wonderful. Excellent. I had issues with my vps and they were quick to respond. Response times vary between 5 minutes to 10 minutes. The fastest response time I had from them was around 80 seconds. The sites I hosted with them were running without a hitch. For that, them being a managed service, I can say they scored 9/10. Just 9 because I haven't been fully problematic with them. Which is good! ^_^
Their network also never had problems, never been down. I am not so familiar with ISP stuff that these providers are with but issues about such were never around with them. Unlike some of the posts regarding other hosts in some forums. For this, I am sure they had an easy 10/10.
The sad part, I have to leave WiredTree's cradle of good service and have to have a dedicated in order to meet my project's demands.
If I were to recommend a good host to anybody,I will surely recommend WiredTree!
I am looking forward for another positive subscription with WiredTree for another project in the future.
For one, their dedicated servers were configured for cPanel/WHM. My project requires me to have virtualization so I can have a webserver, radius, and a dev server. I needed to run these units separately.
Did you try contacting them to see if they could provide anything that fits your needs? Far too many people leave providers because they don't ask questions / enquire. Providers are willing to work with customers on custom solutions most of the time.

Agreed and even some of the more ethical hosts will recommend you to a provider that can accommodate your needs. We had a client that left us because we did not have Ubuntu 12 in our VPS OS images, even though it was in the list of OS images they could have used. The image was so new it was not listed in our order page. All they had to do is ask and besides Ubuntu is in box up-gradable.

Very true. It does happen from time to time, but when you give someone a good recommendation and it works for them for years, they will still refer clients or customers to you because they know your good or you will find good options for them.
