Do they have a website? Physical address? Which countries do they operate from?

Thanks Tandem!

Website isn't complete yet, we're creating a central shopping center for all of our products. No results on google, because its a new company and no physical address. Taking the virtual approach. Currently, only in the United States. I know it doesn't technically mean multinational, but we're getting a lot of contracts out of country .

I hope I answered all of your questions. Need anything else, email me arthur@reyox.com.

So OK, basically that "multinational" company has currently no existence.

I really don't think it's a good idea to talk about being backed by a non-existent "multinational" corporation that has no website, no physical or even virtual address, no structure, etc.

Even the domain reyox.com lacks some credibility:

Administrative Contact:
Host, Master hosmaster@unitedbrands.biz
3986 Boulevard Center Drive
Suite 101
Jacksonville, FL 32207
US

There are no names to contact.

OK, it seems that the previous information has been changed on March 22, 2003 to:

Administrative Contact:
Davis, Arthur info@nekomitek.com
4905 Belfort Road
Suite 145
Jacksonville, FL 32256
US

The telephone number has also been changed from 904-635-2751 to 904 655 8079.

Advertising Laws?

A multinational corporations is generally defined as a corporation that has operations, investments, or subsidiaries in at least one country outside its 'home' country. Having customers in multiple countries by itself wouldn't make a corporation a multinational (using the meaning of the word as I understand it - my dictionary agrees with my understanding). For a hosting company having servers in multiple countries could, for example.

A multinational company is no more safe/solid/secure/reliable/whatever than any other company (and in fact due to the working of law and jurisdictions could be considered less secure). But that is irrelevant.

I bring the definition up, because truth in advertising type laws (which depend on location obviously) *may* restrict just what you can claim is 'multinational'. I know nothing about your company, I just thought I'd mention it in general.

Also, in my country (which isn't the USA) the word 'corporation' can legally only be used to refer to a registered company, and all registered companies must have a 'physical address' at which a certificate of registration must be displayed. Maybe the US is different. Or maybe when you said there was no physical address, you meant you don't want to state it (I would assume it would be on the public record in the company registration papers).

I'm not trying to criticise. And I'm not claiming your offer is bad. And I'm not claiming your company is no good. I'm just mentioning some things you might want to check to avoid future problems.

Reyox is a pretty honest company, or at least some of their people are. I've talked to them for a long time over chat and they seem to know what they're doing, and have a genuine need to want to help their customers and not just take their money and run. Now, their advertising methods have been picked apart in the past, I chalk that up to inexperience, but I would give them a chance to see what they can do.

In my dealings with Reyox, they have been very friendly. Don't let some mis-wording come across in the wrong way. As SolidJoe said, they would be worth giving a look.
