Question What dose mean this error?

    Its critical? Disk /dev/md0 (/boot)

    The disk is nearly full.

You may have some old kernels you can remove.

EDIT: If you have installed or install package-cleanup

    You can run something like
    package-cleanup --oldkernels --count=2

Which would only leave the last two kernels installed and remove the rest.

I assume this is on a web provider's server, not your own server.

It's just letting them know the boot partition is getting full, nothing to worry about really.

It appears your disk space is full.
