I want some information regarding domain name. Though I already registered a domain name but want to know that it is not against the RAR.
Digg is a very popular Tech news and updates site. If I'm using idigg with a tld of net is it okay or should I leave it. I have started it recently and I don't want to put my work at risk.
Yet, you acknowledged their popularity. Not to mention that their trademark is (arguably) unique and famous enough among other online users, and that's despite their maybe not being as famous as before.
One can only hope that Digg's new owners don't take action against you.
It's common knowledge people don't 'digg' holes. That being said, any use of their domain name could construed violation. Unless you can prove you're business - which puts digital face imprints on books - isn't violating social media interests of Facebook, the same applies.
