    Need a New VPS

So, I've been with LiquidWeb for nearly a decade, but lately everything is falling apart and support has been very inconsistent.

I don't mind paying a premium for awesome performance and support. I'm currently paying About $200/month for the 8GB VPS plan which is:

    6.9GB RAM
    600GB Disk
    4 CPUs

Any suggestions on other providers. I'm using WHM/cPanel.

    Thanks!

You certainly have a good budget for a premium VPS but at that price you could get your self a very nice E3-1230v2/v3, 8GB ram and SSD drives with cPanel.

I would assume if he was with LW that he is looking for managed as well which does add a cost but his budget is more than accommodating for a VPS.

What kind of sites are you running and did you have any ideal location you were looking for?

Also for that price, you can get a quality dedicated server from somewhere like iweb.

I'm sorry to hear that you've been having a bad experience. I'd like to look into it to see what's been going on if you'd be so kind as to DM me with an account name or number. Definitely don't like to hear this and when there's a chance to get feedback, we always appreciate the opportunity to follow up and try to improve based on suggestions.

This is very surprising, you should perhaps have a manager get in touch with you. LiquidWeb is a solid host from my previous personal experience with them.

Well, they HAD been very solid. But in the last month I've had numerous issues and have lost at least a dozen clients as a result. They have not been at all proactive in helping me resolve my issues, they have basically told me to upgrade my VPS 2x, which I did (and paying more of course) but neither time did that improve anything.

I have 224 small business hosting accounts, most accounts use very little disk space or bandwidth. The biggest account may have 20 email boxes.

I think I want managed. And to be honest, I'd probably pay a little more if needed to have a kick ass server.

Then take a look at like Hybrid vps's or limited VPS offers. In other words VPS's where there is only a handful per a node thus allowing more resources to be utilized by each VPS and generally means pretty awesome performance as well. I would start in the offers section and see what providers have for higher end VPS solutions.
