Looking for free open source "webhosting" control panels

I am looking for a complete list of open source control panels.

    So far, I have tried:

    ISPConfig
    zpanel

    What else is out there?

ISPConfig 3 is good. I use this one.
Virtualmin GPL is good. But it has some bugs.

    ZPanel is not secure.
Kloxo is buggy, and can completely corrupt itself and the data.
There's several others, but none are updated/current.
Most free panels are complete crap to be honest (aside from the 2 good ones I mentioned).

There's a reason people pay for cPanel.

If I'm not mistaken, Kloxo also hasn't been updated in ages.

We used to install Kloxo for our users, but not anymore. Universal dissatisfaction. Webmin/virtualmin is the way to go if you want a fairly robust free control panel.

Free (open-source) panels are not as secure as cpanel for example. Considering that even cpanel has had some security-related issues, I wouldn't recomend you to use any "free" panel.

Especially that bolded part. More are named, but all fall into that category.
