Hello the reason why i started this discussion is because i am an owner of 3 dedicated Servers which i have them on a co location and in every time my clients that are renting my server will check the arin record and i end up losing those clients because they start thinking that i am just a reseller from where i co location at since the IP address parent is still pointing to where i co located at even i have already ask the colo to do an custom IP swiff for my IP address to my company information as shown in the screenshot http://awesomescreenshot.com/0d71r37mf7
as you can see the parent is pointing to the actual data center so its like having no point of asking for a custom IP swiff when the parent is still showing the actual provider which my clients will still be able to find out and they start thinking that i am just a reseller when i actually owned the servers and just doing a co location my question is ... is there any one out there that can actually give a direct IP allocation...

You can get directly allocated IP addresses through ARIN.

Hi neXeon thanks for your responds How do i do that and how can i use the IP address to my Colo will they be able to let me use my own IP block if i get them from arin directly?
Yes if you acquire your own IP block from ARIN, your provider should be able to broadcast them on their network once you complete the required paperwork and process. Whether they are willing to do that or whether you would qualify for an IP block from ARIN is yet to be determined.
If you a USA based company and are hosted in the United States then you should certainly get IPs from ARIN directly and not lease them. The IP's are allocated directly for the company to use for there customers. Also you run into problems if you lease ips because if that provider gets his Revoked for any reason then you would loose yours as well.
