Technical Support Representative - Colorado Springs, CO or Remote
Technical Support Representatives staff our 24/7/365 help desk. Their #1 priority is providing our customers with exceptional customer service and support on a daily basis. Going above and beyond is not an option at JaguarPC it is an expectation. Along with having technical proficiency, Technical Support Representatives must poses an attitude and personality that makes them suited to work with others and exceed their expectations.
Starting pay varies by skill set and experience. A Technical Support Representative with over a year of experience can expect to start out making $13.00 - $17.00 per hour plus performance bonuses.
Technical Support Representative Basics:
Excellent customer service skills. Exceeding customers expectations is our standard not an exception.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Must be able to perform under pressure
Must be able to multi-task
Must be familiar with Apache, PHP, MySQL, shell, email (POP3/IMAP/SMTP), FTP, DNS and CSF.
Must be familiar with cPanel & Plesk
OnApp, Virtuozzo, Direct Admin & Windows Experience preferred
Troubleshoot and solve a wide range of customer support issues from basic to complex
