You can use something like - https://service.leapswitch.com/cart.php?a=add&pid=62&currency=2

The currency ID can be added to the URL and the user will need to use that currency. We use it on our website. We determine customer country using GeoIP and show them the correct order URL.

    Thanks buddy for the tip,

the url method might not work for me or i might find a way to tweak that further, coz i want to retain the user in home page even after the selection

geo based selection also a bright idea
    might work for me.
