clear cache and heavy scripte too long

    Hi,

We have about 15 sites in a dedicated server. two of them are drupal, we have a problem on them, when we want to clear cache or run heavy scripts they take too long about 7-8 minutes or more, I restore these sites on other shared host and these scripts run less than 40 seconds,,,where is the problem?

    Thanks and regards,

How much RAM do you have? And what about CPU?

    1. Do you watch the server load during those procedures? Does it go high?
    2. What are the hardware specs of the other server?

What is the average server load now and what is the server load during the procedures? Does it increase a lot?
