    Angry Outlook & Hotmail, all emails to spam folder

    Hello mates,

    I have a web hosting company in Spanish, and the only problem I have now is that in Outlook & Hotmail messages arrive in Spam. It turns out that there are weeks in which messages arrive in received and others in which the messages arrive in spam.

    I would like to know by arriving in spam messages that are sent.

    That recommendation on the part of you?

    That you can change, what is the problem?

    Here I cited the example header.

    This only happens with Outlook & Hotmail and the IP is with good reputation in 10 Whitelist.

    I hope your answers and thank you in advance.

    A greeting.

    The easy way. Connect some kind of service like SendGrid or Mandrill.

    We had the same issues and we found that all the ips from our datacenter were banned, so it might not be your fault

    No, the IP is full & full clear, none blacklist, 15 Whitelist now and coming soon cert email from ReturnPath.

    The problem is:

    dkim=none = Fixed = dkim=pass = done!

    And in SSH, edit this archive:

    nano /etc/hosts

    Change the:

    localhost.localdomain

    For the hostname server correct

    A greeting and thanks to all for all comments & help.

    Also, please make sure that you have proper rDNS record set for your mail server IP address. For this you will have to contact your server provider since you can not set rDNS from your side.

    This is correct?

    intodns.com/neillhostred.net

    Reverse MX A records (PTR) Your reverse (PTR) record:
    199.147.100.198.in-addr.arpa -> 0.neillhostred.net
    You have reverse (PTR) records for all your IPs, that is a good thing.

    MX Records Your MX records that were reported by your nameservers are:

    0 0.neillhostred.net 198.100.147.199

    [These are all the MX records that I found. If there are some non common MX records at your nameservers you should see them below. ]
