I am looking for a reseller package that offers everything I need to start webhosting reseller style, anyone have any information?
Meaning billing stuff, maybe integrated into something, automatic sign ups, etc...

Most hosts only provided the server and what comes with the server. For example, disk space, data transfer, PHP, MySQL, etc... As for billing systems you may want to try a reseller, if you are looking for LINUX systems, that offers CPanel. Then you can get ModernBill, you can lease it for about $15/month low end, and it will integrate with your CPanel and your site.

Smashdata I have a few sites too and I'm selling PHPManager with one of them. I'm not posting this to get you to buy my product, I'm posting this to tell you that I won't sell you my product and neither should anybody else. It seems like you're very new to this business and I would suggest lots of research, don't just into anything like this without proper research, there are lots of people out there that can easily fool you and rip you off. It's not that hard nowadays to rip someone off, you just need a few pictures and BAM there you have it. I'm just recommending this.

I understand the hosting business, I have been running quite a few high profile sites on dedicated servers for a long time. I am only wanting to now setup a site for smaller sites that consumers can purchase vs. the enterprise level sites I normally do. All I am looking for is a complete solutions A-Z that I don't have to spend the time to integrate. Just drop in my look and feel and go. Is it too much to ask for a reseller site that already has the links in place, all you do is enter your merchant account number and start your marketing machine?

no, he wants that everything set up and be ready. All he has to do is selling.

We do have 2 clients like this. They don't know anything. All they do is sale and we take care everythign for them. Turn out they do very well in local market.
