For colo, how much do you charge per exceed bandwidth is GB?
Like, how much do you charge after 30GB?

You can buy additional bandwidth in blocks or just "pay as you go". Here are the prices
Additional Bandwidth $2.50 per gig
Block of 25 gig $55/mo
Block of 50 gig $100/mo
If you need large amounts, like 1mbs or more, we can quote that for you as well.
Thank you!

hi i just found this post, but let me tell you these guys shared server crashed so often it's a shame. i paid them for the whole year in advance so when my site kept crashing i asked for my own dedicated server, but back in april they couldn't offer that service, so i didn't renew my contract with them. and wouldn't you believe they want to charge me for a whole year of service, as a penalty for not renewing. what a joke. tech guy is pretty smart, but the rest aint got a clue.

Well, since I have no idea who you are, its hard to respond to you specifically. I can tell you that none of our virtual server machines "crash all the time". If you had experienced downtime, I am sure you would have asked for and gotten a credit for any downtime, per our uptime guarantee. As for asking for a dedicated server and not getting one, I cannot believe that! We have had dedicated server clients for many years, we are certainly not in the business of turning away any clients, unless they host illegal material.
Also, we do not punish people for not renewing, that is simply ridiculous.
Thank you.

it's me dwayne! and if you don't punish people for leaving then why do i have a letter that you are suing me for 500 bucks? when i paid you up front for one year and then when i didn't re-signup you started trying to sue me for a whole years worth of hosting! i got another one of your legal letters today!!!! and as far as server being down LOL. I mean Alex is a good sys admin but, i v got logs too you know. remember when you blew the perl upgrade and didn't put back all the modules. also when you moved to your new noc my site was down for days! or when your ftp server went bonkers. or what about when someone hacked me and put a gambling banner on my site, do u want to know who's affiliate id it was??? i could go on for ever but what's the use. all i know is that in my state you can't legally auto renew a one year contract without both parties consent! and if i don't WONT your CRAPPY SERVICE then you can't make me buy it!!!!!! And the only way you'll get $500 more bucks out of me is from my COLD DEAD HANDS!!!! you PINKO COMMIE!

Hello,
Telling me that you are "Dwayne" did not help at all.. But I did a search through your previos posts here on webhosting talk and found your email and I was able to search and find you. I am not going to use this forum to argue with you about our services. The letter sueing you did NOT come directly from us, but from Dun and Bradstreet, our collection agency. They obviously feel that they have a case against you. Once we turn accounts over to our collection agency, we let them handle everything from there. You are the classic person who signs up for service, agrees to the contract when they sign up and then, at a later date, changes their mind and say the contract was unfair. If you think it was unfair you should have said something when you signed up. All you had to do was cancel before your renewal date. 99% of clients that want to cancel do exactly that. The other 1% complain and complain that they didn't like that part of the contract. Anyway, if someone hacked your site and put a gambling banner on it, it was not us as it appears you are implying.
The bottom line is, we do not agree on this and we obviously never will. We have thousands of clients who enjoy our service and I am sorry you are not still one of them. I wish you good luck with whoever you use now and its between you and Dunn and Bradstreet as to your paying the outstanding balance on your account.
Good Luck!

actual dun & brad dropped it after i explained to them what happened now it's with another firm called thomas & thomas from ohio. and what you are saying is crap i paid you for a year and held up my end of the deal! but you must really need more customers or else you wouldn't sue when they leave! and as for it being between me and the lawyers, how's that when you hired them? look simply put, i paid for what i wanted in advance, i didn't get it, so i didn't renew so what you trying to get another years worth of payment for? you must be hard up LOL
oh and by the way i did cancel, i not only emailed billing but i spoke to alex your tech. so can the crap.
