reliable hosting: united hosting all the way: http://www.unitedhosting.co.uk

domain registration, i recommend godaddy: http://www.godaddy.com . There are a few that are cheaper, but most of them contain huge hidden fees, like with powerpipe.com it's one dollar less than godaddy, but you have to pay $22 to get custom nameservers.

www.createspace.net - my host, I've been with them for just over a month now... Haven't had any problems as yet, and they have reasonable prices

Keep cruising through these forums and you will see many different names repeatedly. Don't just go by one thread because everyone gets kicked around occasionally. I think this is a better place to study than the advertising sites.

I agree register your domain with godaddy.com for $8.95/yr or less. Check the properties on the files you intend to upload to your site. This will give you an idea how much space you need.

Since you do not know how much bandwidth you will need at this point focus on a hosts that offer graduated plans and allow you to upgrade to the next plan when your bandwidth increases.

Then decide how much you can afford to spend on web hosting per month. Shop around and make sure your price range is within market reason.

Most importantly READ the Terms of Service (TOS) and/or Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) before you decide on any host. Make sure you are in agreement with them. This is EXTREMELY important as you will be governed by them. Make sure the host you select supports the content you wish to host. Trust all hosts are not created equal. What one will allow the next very well may not.

I know you feel overwhelmed when researching these hosts but it is really important. This research will save you incredible amounts of time and grief in the long run. Even recommendations should be researched and be sure to print a copy of the WHOIS record for the host you decide to use. Make sure the information contained in that record is legit.

Just to add a point, for registered company, there ain't much indeed.

Check on the respective webhosting company and ask them on this matter.

There are many good host in WHT, that I must strongly underscored. It all depends on what you actually looking into.
