Does Instabill send out emails to you when a customer has filled out the forms for the cc billing etc?? i heard that they dont send out an email. How are we meant to know then?

It depends. I recieved 1 alert on about 20 orders, so that's not alot. The best way to know is to log into the control panel and go into the pending and settled transactions list.

Last Tuesday we receive our first sales email alert.
We receive one today too.
But........Instabill declined both.. I hope that the next step for instabill is authorize any sale.. who knows?
If you don't know.. I HATE INSTABILL!!

Supposedly they did some system "routine work and upgradation" today.

It takes them forever to answer my email.

But they do send me my checks on time, I think.

I receive this message yestarday

Instabill is carrying out some routine work and upgradation on its server
today, 15th June 2001.

We thus would like to inform all our Merchants that Instabill website will
remain unaccessible today on 15 June from 6.00 a.m. to 9.00 a.m Eastern Time.

We regret any inconvenience caused to our Merchants because of this, but
these updates are also necessary.

Should the site be down for little longer than specified time period please
dont worry and bear with us. However if you suffer a lenghty outage than
the time specified, please bring it to our attention.

Once again we apologize for this trouble.
