GUI for .htaccess

Came across this great freeware CGI GUI for creating and removing basic .htaccess and .htpasswd files to password protect a dir,

This is for server admins, not for vsite admins since it gives access to absolute paths!

Anyone know of a GUI vsite admin version that works on a 550, I 'd appreciate it.
